Information we collect

We may collect contact and business information you provide, including purchaser name, company name, email address, support messages, and information needed to deliver the product and manage the customer relationship. Stripe processes payment-card details; AI Parameters does not receive or store the complete card number. We receive transaction information such as payment status, product purchased, subscription status, billing country, and limited payment-method details.

Information we do not request

The product is designed to work without employee rosters, client files, confidential prompts, login credentials, health information, proprietary datasets, or other sensitive company materials. Please do not send that information through setup or support channels.

How we use information

We use information to process purchases, deliver and support the toolkit, send Ongoing Guardrail Updates and service notices, manage subscriptions and cancellations, prevent fraud, maintain business and tax records, improve the product, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.

Service providers

We share information only as needed with service providers that support payment processing, website hosting, email, product delivery, customer support, security, and business operations. Stripe processes checkout and subscription billing under its own privacy terms. These providers may process information in the United States or other countries where they operate.

Cookies and analytics

The website may use cookies or similar technology that are necessary for operation, security, and payment. If optional analytics or advertising technology is activated, this notice and any legally required consent controls will be updated before use.

Retention and security

We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above, including customer support, subscription administration, accounting, tax, fraud prevention, and legal compliance. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we control, subject to identity verification and legal retention requirements. Depending on where you live, additional rights may apply. You may cancel Ongoing Guardrail Updates through the Stripe customer billing portal or by contacting support.
